With a view to promote utilitarianism, St Mary's Secondary School (H.S.) was founded in the year 2011at at Kajipara, Chakdaha of Nadia district in West Bengal. Late Balai Chandra Pal, the Founder President of Ranaghat Mandakini Educational Welfare Society laid the foundation stone of this premier institution. His view of serving the society in and around Chakdaha was reinforced by a few educationists and academicians and the school started its journey towards enlightening the future of the society in and around Kajipara, Chakdaha.
With the passage of time, now it is primarily concerned about "gaining ability, a skill, some knowledge, a new attitude etc. rather than having merely completed a given task" and to thereby create global citizens of tomorrow. Our core concern is that every child should blossom.
