With a view to promote utilitarianism, St Mary's English School was founded in the year 2002 at Aishtala, Ranaghat, by Late Balai Chandra Pal, the Founder President of RMEWS. His view of serving the society in and around Ranaghat was reinforced by a few educationists and academicians and the school started its journey towards enlightening the future of the society in and around Ranaghat.
With the passage of time, now it is primarily concerned about "gaining ability, a skill, some knowledge, a new attitude etc. rather than having merely completed a given task" and to thereby create global citizens of tomorrow. Our core concern is that every child should blossom.
We at St. Mary's English School concentrate on holistic development, where we not only strengthen a child's knowledge and moral values, but also provide ample opportunities for talents to blossom. Our competent and dedicated faculty and latest technology help us grow at par with global standard of education.
